Most of us are feeling or have felt some level of stress in this time of COVID-19. Taking action beyond ourselves, helping, not only benefits others, it pulls us out of our heads and away from our worry. Giving in small ways helps us make the world around us just a little better. Here are some suggestions for how you can help others - and yourself - today, National Stress Awareness Day.
