Our preference is for individuals who can make a multi-week commitment, though occasionally we also need volunteers for specific events and projects.

Gould Farm offers an opportunity for volunteers from around the world to participate in the life of this special community through a full-time, extended term of service in residence at the Farm or Fellside, our Boston area program.

VOLUNTEER!! We have many positions open!! We strive to stipend members who are volunteering. We also partner with local colleges and welfare agencies so that students and individuals can gain credit and qualifying incentives for all work done!

Donate your time and share your experience by serving as a coach, instructor, or mentor.

Help to support virtual programming by fostering a supportive & welcoming environment; game night, comic book workshops, terrarium-building, etc.

On-site (outdoors) folks to play games & be a consistent presence for local young people!

For our culinary program, we look for volunteers to assist with meal-kit assembly, as well as folks willing to drive a local route to for meal-kit distribution. These recipe boxes go out weekly or bi-weekly at 11 AM on Wednesdays during the weeks that this program runs.

You can answer hotline calls, help advocate for survivors when they have to go to court to file or modify a restraining order, help out with childcare at shelter, or help tend the shelter garden.
