| About us | Berkshire Center for Justice, Inc., an award winning nonprofit, charitable, public interest organization founded in 2006 by Attorney, Eve Schatz. As of mid-2017, we’ve served over 2,000 clients and their families. We are a legal, social and community justice program offering popular free legal clinic programming, sliding scale fee representation, mentorship program, referral service, and environmental, medical and anti racism social justice initiatives making BCJ a pioneer in the field. Founder/Executive Director, Eve Schatz is the 2020 Massachusetts Bar Association awardee of the Access to Justice Award. BCJ helps Berkshire County residents who are experiencing very real barriers to access the civil legal counsel they need and deserve. |
